Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to every feature of the Service: subtitle generation, subtitle translation, AI dubbing, subtitle burn-in, online video subtitles, and the free tools.

It is part of our Terms of Service. The Service processes audio and video that you provide, so you are responsible for making sure you hold the rights to that material.

2. Prohibited content

You must not use the Service to upload, generate or distribute any of the following:

• Content that violates any applicable law, including content related to violent extremism, drugs or weapons.
• Sexually explicit, pornographic or sexually suggestive content, and any inappropriate content involving minors.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, likeness or any other right of others.
• Another person's face or voice used without their consent, or deepfake / face-swap content made to deceive.
• Content that incites discrimination, hatred or violence, or harasses a specific person or group.
• Malware, phishing pages, or content that harms other people's devices or data.
• Third-party platform content you have no right to use (for example, copyrighted video obtained in breach of that platform's terms).

3. Prohibited activities

• Uploading or processing audio or video you do not own or are not licensed to use.
• Using the Service to circumvent any third-party platform's technical protection measures or terms of service.
• Abusing free quota, credits or subscription benefits through automation, scripts or multiple accounts.
• Probing, scanning or attacking our infrastructure, or exploiting vulnerabilities to gain unauthorised access.
• Reselling the Service, sharing accounts, or using it to provide a similar service to third parties (the open API is separate and requires its own agreement).
• Placing unreasonable load on our APIs or interfering with the Service or other users.
• Faking your identity or payment details, or engaging in any fraudulent activity.

4. Enforcement

If you violate this policy, we may warn you, restrict features, or suspend or terminate your account. Credits already consumed are not refunded in that case (see the Refund Policy).

Where content appears to be unlawful, we may provide the necessary information to the competent authorities and reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.
